Using the highest quality components available the VC Elite CX / MTB Shoes have been developed to offer a traditional feel but with modern cutting-edge performance for muddy days in the saddle.
The shoes use the highest quality PU material a soft but highly durable material specifically developed for our shoes. The upper material is super lightweight supple but has a superb tensile strength its gloss finish helps repel water and grime as well as being very easy to clean. Combined with Mesh panels and strategic perforated areas your feet will stay cool in hot conditions. To further help keep your feet cool we've incorporated vents into the outsole and created a 'Waffle' insole foot bed which as well as helping to cool your feet creates a cushioned footbed. When in wet conditions the waffle insole also helps to stop the shoe getting water logged should water get in from the top, helping it to drain away.
Main ratchet closure with micro adjustment allow for a perfect fit whilst the 2 lower velcro straps help customise fit easily on the move and keep weight to a minimum.
The VC CX / MTB competition sole has been specifically developed for this shoe to offer excellent off road performance and off the bike grip. Ideal for Cyclo Cross and MTB racers and riders requiring top performance.

Excellent service for a fantastic pair of MTB shoes which I have been using for a long time now. They are hard wearing and I have been recommending them to friends BUT they have been showing as 'sold out' for a long time now. When if ever will they be back in stock?

United KingdomTrue to size and for me, it was nice to able to get a half size. The ratchet strap took a bit of getting used to but once you do, they're great. Nicely ventilated too

United KingdomDelivery was super fast. There was a small problem with the shoes but this was addressed very quickly indeed. I couldn’t have asked for better assistance. The shoes fit true to the sizing chart and seem excellent value to me.
