Gear up for your Tour de Manc Sportive ride with essentials from VeloChampion. 

Carefully curated sportive essentials so you can take on the Manc mountains for the 50km, 100km, 100miles or if you're 'ard enough... the 200km route. 

All riders must be wearing a helmet whilst taking part in the Tour de Manc and are advised to carry the following items to aid a quick puncture recovery:

• A working pump
• Puncture repair kit or spare inner tube
• Tyre levers
• Multi-tool
